We guarantee that all products show no
material or manufacture defect during
warranty period. We will repair or replace products (or same
grade) for our customers
for material or functional defect. Super-Chien reserves the
right for repair,
replacement, credit or decline, subject to defective
condition and originally purchased
from Super-Chien, under any circumstances.
Warranty Service
• Warranty begins on the date of purchase. Please offer
INVOICE number or date
when making RMA request.
• We guarantee all products are fully tested to avoid
material or manufacture defect
and comply with standard specifications.
• Super-Chien is responsible for repair or replace products
(or same grade) for
defective products of material or manufacture cause in
warranty period.
• Super-Chien will replace new product of the same grade if
the defect product is
phased out.
**(discontinued product)** Any product that is no longer
being manufactured or
discontinued but is still under warranty must be returned to
us for repair. In the event
that the part(s) is not repairable it will be refunded the
purchased price.
• When products purchased are not in warranty period or not
in Warranty Policy,
Super-Chien will charge handling fee for repair service.
• Any RMA issued value over US$90 must be confirmed by
Super-Chien before
returning.
• Super-Chien is not responsible for any RMA freight of
Non-Super-Chien products.
• Please complete RMA request form (Item, Specification,
Date of Purchase and
Reason of defect) and fax to 886-2-2775-5288 (or call your
sales contact) for RMA
No. application before sending RMA. Super-Chien holds no
warranty service for
incomplete RMA form.

Warranty Policy
Super-Chien holds no warranty on products which are misused,
mishandled,
improperly protected from static, electronic, damaged,
repaired or re-arranged by an
unauthorized person or company. Any visible physically
damaged products will not be
accepted by Super-Chien.
Super-Chien only responsible for repair and test and holds
on responsibility of any
data loss during RMA procedure. Any damage caused by other
device is not in
warranty service. Super-Chien holds no responsibility of any
loss or damage caused
by other application device.
RMA Procedures
Prior to returning any defective item, customers MUST
receive a Return
Authorization Number (RMA). No returns will be accepted
without a RMA number.
In order to ensure a fast and quality RMA return, Super-Chien's
customers MUST
follow the below procedures:
• Make sure the products in warranty period. Super-Chien
reserves the rights to
decline RMA over warranty period and non-Super-Chien
products.
• Super-Chien reserves the rights to decline for cards with
LASER mark or
PRINTING.
• Make sure products with NO visible physically damage, such
as surface broken,
human-damage or misused, mishandled.
• Precede a very simple test for RMA, indicating Testing
Environment, Item and
Failure description on the RMA request form to apply RMA
Number.
• Download the RMA Request Form and please make sure all
below information is
completed before contacting Super-Chien.
• Valid Invoice with Invoice Number and Invoice Date
• Item, Serial Number and quantity
• Failure Description
• Testing Environment
• Customers may call, fax, or e-mail to their direct sales
contact for a valid RMA
number.
• Super-Chien will return the repaired RMA within 30 working
days on the date of
receiving RMA.
• Customer in China : Please send back the RMA to
Super-Chien HK office. We will
inform when RMA is repaired.
• Customer worldwide: Please send back the RMA in certain
quantities with freight
prepaid, but see to the warranty period. Super-Chien will
return the products at our
cost. Do not send back single piece of RMA.
• Products out of Warranty Period
If returned RMA is out of warranty period, Super-Chien would
provide service of
repair but customers need to carry the repair and material
cost.
• Clearly mark the RMA number on the package and all related
documents. Please
ensure all defective parts are well packed to avoid extra
damage during transportation.
5. A copy of the invoice and the RMA application form must
accompany the returned
items.
6. RMA shipped to Super-Chien with freight prepaid.
